On 5 Jun 06 an employee of Sandhill Daycare
Center, 33 Cornerville Road, Marietta, reported several children
riding bikes happened upon a pellet gun near the edge of the
parking lot in which they were riding. Sgt. Gherke recovered
the damaged pellet gun and marked it for disposal due to its
unusable condition.
On 5 Jun 06 Deputy Sheriff Malone investigated
reports of six unlocked vehicles being entered during the night
in the driveways of homes on Greenbrier Circle, Belavista Drive,
Summers Road and Bramblewood Heights Road. Stolen items include
an Eos Rebel camera, CD’s, change, credit cards and a
check book.
On 5 Jun 06 Adam K. Hossman, age 27, 205 Burkhart
Street, Lowell, reported a family member may have intercepted
an interest payment check from a certificate of deposit he
owns, forged his endorsement and cashed the check at a local
business. This case remains under investigation (597).
On 5 Jun 06 Oma S. Richards, age 59, 122 Tennis
Center Drive Apt. 42, reported during the dark hours between
1 Jun and the morning of 2 Jun an unknown suspect(s) shattered
the passenger window of her 1989 Olds Cutlass. This case remains
under investigation (1020).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Pamela Sue Young, age 36, 3915 Pleasant Ridge
Road, Marietta, for contempt of a court order, a misdemeanor.
Young was arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Hall
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Jun 06 at
9:05 am.
Kimberly Ann Anderson, age 42, 138 Franklin Street, Marietta,
for operating with expired registration, a misdemeanor. Anderson
was arrested at her residence by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 5 Jun 06 at 4:16 pm.
