On 2 Jun 06 April M. Schaad, age 39, 318 Third Street, Beverly, reported when she finished her shift at Quimby’s Bar at 123 Fifth Street, Beverly, she noticed a large scratch on the hood of her car and that her vehicle’s four tires were punctured. This case remains under investigation (296).

On 2 Jun 06 Evan Saling, age 18, 2655 Hickman Road, Waterford, reported as he was leaving the Warren High School parking lot that afternoon, three seniors used a slingshot to hurl a water balloon at his vehicle, denting the front driver’s side fender. This case remains under investigation (598).

On 2 Jun 06 John J. Grasley, age 19, 106 Brandy Drive, Marietta, reported between 1 and 4 am that morning an unknown suspect(s) spray painted his vehicle and slashed the right rear tire. This case remains under investigation (945).

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Jill A. Flinn, age 31, 1702 ½ Seventh Street, Parkersburg, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $162.50.

David W. Floyd, age 35, PO Box 822, Belpre, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on an order to show cause on 16 May 06.

Emory T. Greathouse, age 39, Liberty Plaza Apt. 16, Medina, OH, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $596.

Hubert C. Hill, age 23, 2580 Indiana Avenue, Columbus, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $497.90.

Rebecca G. Antill, age 38, 601 Maple Avenue Apt. 603, Cincinnati, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $208.

Kevin M. Wroe, age 32, 237 Lake Washington Road, Parkersburg, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $746.20.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Craig Michael Treadway, age 42, 5200 Scott Road, Stockport, for OVI, driving outside the marked lanes of travel and failure to appear, all misdemeanors. Treadway was arrested on State Route 339 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Jun 06 at 2:00 am.

Juanita Dawn Lynn, age 28, 530 Fifth Street, Beverly, for obstructing official business and for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, both misdemeanors. Lynn was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Jun 06 at 2:45 am.

Craig Allen Nichols, age 51, 325 Seventh Street, Marietta, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Nichols was arrested on Second Street in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff Eddy and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Jun 06 at 3:19 pm.

Terry Daniel Casto, age 55, 575 Michaels Road, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Casto was arrested on Franklin Street in Marietta by Patrolman Linscott of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Jun 06 at 7:35 pm.

Grant Edwin Martin, age 43, 14386 State Route 339, Beverly, for OVI, endangering children and operating without license plates. Martin was arrested on State Route 339 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 Jun 06 at 10:54 pm.
