On 28 May 06 Deputy Sheriff Morris issued
a citation to Keith A. Bryant, age 51, 1520 Westdale Road,
South Euclid, OH, for traveling 87 mph in a 65 mph zone. Deputy
Morris stopped Mr. Bryant near milepost three on Interstate
77 in Muskingum Township.
On 28 May 06 David L. LaCourse, age 43, 35090
Dye Ridge Road, New Matamoras, reported being assaulted by
a group of four men at a campground on Jackson Run Road. Detective
Sirianni is attempting to locate corroborating witnesses; hence,
this case remains under investigation.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Shane Michael Hardie, age 30, 761 Buckeye Avenue, Marietta,
for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Hardie
was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta by Patrolman Kampmeier
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 28 May 06 at 2:15 am.
Andrew Lee Carver, age 23, 316 Franklin Street, Marietta,
for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Carver
was arrested on Franklin Street in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 28 May 06 at 2:33 am.
Allen Wayne Withrow, age 18, 1905 20th Street, Parkersburg,
for .08 breath OVI and speeding, both misdemeanors. Withrow
was arrested on US 50 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 May 06 at 6:15
am.
Roger Presnel, age 52, 45061 Presnel Lane, Caldwell, for disorderly
conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Presnel was arrested
at Marietta Memorial Hospital by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 28 May 06 at 3:14 pm.
Robert Lee Hill, age 31, 501 State Route 60, McConnelsville,
for driving under a suspended license, failing to obey the
right of way and for not wearing a seat belt, all misdemeanors.
Hill was arrested in Beverly by Deputy Sheriff Norman and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 28 May 06 at 5:50 pm.
