On 26 May 06 Deputy Sheriff Eddy issued a
citation to Bradley S. Payne, age 43, 725 Beverly Street, Watertown,
for failing to stop at a stop sign. Deputy Eddy observed Mr.
Payne fail to stop at the intersection of Chamberlain Drive
and Devols Dam Road in Muskingum Township.
On 26 May 06 Deputy Sheriff Eddy issued a
citation to David J. Heiby, age 42, 44 Townhall Road, Marietta,
for failing to stop at a stop sign. Deputy Eddy observed Mr.
Heiby fail to stop at the intersection of Chamberlain Drive
and Devols Dam Road in Muskingum Township.
On 26 May 06 Deputy Sheriff Evans issued a
citation to Rebecca E. Antill, age 35, 190 Lang Farm Road,
Marietta, for having an inoperable license plate light. Deputy
Evans stopped Ms. Antill on Waterford Road at BF Goodrich Road
in Muskingum Township.
On 26 May 06 Deputy Sheriff Eddy issued a
citation to James B. Hooper, age 41, 281 Ferncliff Drive, Marietta,
for failing to stop at a stop sign. Deputy Eddy observed Mr.
Hooper fail to stop at the intersection of Chamberlain Drive
and Devols Dam Road in Muskingum Township.
On 26 May 06 Deputy Sheriff Eddy issued a
citation to Lee Ann Lee, age 25, 121 Kentucky Avenue, Marietta,
for failing to stop at a stop sign. Deputy Eddy observed Ms.
Lee fail to stop at the intersection of Chamberlain Drive and
Devols Dam Road in Muskingum Township.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Scott Alex Huxley, age 23, 1421 Lancaster
Street, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a
misdemeanor. Huxley was arrested on Gilman Avenue in Marietta
by Patrolman Blasko of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 2 May 06 at
4:48 am.
Jeffrey Scott Williamson, age 30, 4105 Bennett
Road, Cutler, for driving under a suspended license and speeding,
both misdemeanors. Williamson was arrested on State Route 339
by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 26 May 06 at 5:41 pm.
Brent Edward Deeter, age 27, 836 Pike Street Apt. 22, Marietta,
for burglary and aggravated burglary, both felonies. Deeter
was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Arbaugh of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 26 May 06 at 6:06 pm.
Shaun Wesley Sturm, age 21, 106 Washington Street, Marietta,
for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Sturm was
arrested on Front Street in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of
the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 26 May 06 at 6:30 pm.
Daniel Ray Hickman, age 21, Box 13A, Elizabeth, WV, for violating
the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Hickman was arrested
in Belpre by Patrolman Jobes of the Belpre City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 May 06
at 8:44 pm.
John Aaron Givens, age 25, 100 Linwood Avenue Lot B, Marietta,
for burglary, aggravated burglary and for violating the terms
of his parole, all felonies. Givens was arrested on Third Street
in Marietta by Patrolman Linscott of the Marietta City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
26 May 06 at 9:00 pm.
