On 24 May 06 Lt. Wilson and Deputy Sheriff
Stackpole investigated a report stating Michalyn N. Blair,
age 29, 150 Camelot Road Lot 14, Belpre, was highly intoxicated
and behaving irrationally. Mrs. Blair’s husband stated
his wife was drinking all day and at one point attempted to
jump out of their vehicle as he drove toward home on State
Route 7. Once home, Mrs. Blair became agitated and tried to
break a number of windows with her fist. For her safety, Mrs.
Blair was arrested for disorderly conduct by intoxication and
transported to the Washington County Jail.
On 24 May 06 Deputy Sheriff Morris arrested
Kenneth William Church, age 49, 8550 State Route 377, Chesterhill,
for .08 breath OVI and speeding. Mr. Church performed poorly
on field sobriety tests and tested .088% BAC when transported
to the Washington County Jail.
On 24 May 06 Deputy Sheriff Morris issued
a citation to Tonya N. Cunningham, age 29, 2389 Youba Ridge
Road, Coolville, for traveling 67 mph in a 45 mph zone. Deputy
Morris stopped Ms. Cunningham near milepost four on US in Belpre
Township.
On 24 May 06 Jeff Headlee, age 48, 217 Culver
Road, Waterford, reported when tenants vacated his rental trailer
at 101 Second Street, Vincent, they left it in disrepair, with
cat feces throughout the home and the entry door damaged beyond
fixing. This case remains under investigation (1090).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Teri Ellen Rogers, age 43, 619 Tenth Street
Apt. B, Marietta, for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Rogers
was arrested on
Cisler Drive in Marietta by Detective Warden of the Washington
County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 24 May 06 at 10:40 am.
Krystal Michele Lincoln, age 41, 729 Ninth Street, Marietta,
for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Lincoln was arrested at
her residence by Detective Tilton of the Washington County
Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 24 May 06 at 12:35 pm.
Wesley Franklin Gibson, age 72, 836 Pike Street Apt. 3, Marietta,
for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Gibson was arrested at
his residence by Detective Tilton of the Washington County
Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 24 May 06 at 3:00 pm.
Tammy Lynn Clark, age 45, 109 Washington Street, Marietta,
for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Clark was arrested at her
residence by Detective Tilton of the Washington County Sheriff’s
Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24
May 06 at 4:00 pm.
Carl Edward Whitacre, age 18, 35520 State
Route 537, Graysville, for violating the terms of his probation,
a misdemeanor. Whitacre was arrested in Marietta Municipal
Court by Probation Officer Ferrell and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 24 May 06 at 5:05 pm.
Michalyn Nichole Blair, age 29, 150 Camelot Road Lot 14, Belpre,
for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Blair
was arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Stackpole and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 May 06 at 8:20
pm.
Kenneth William Church, age 49, 8550 State Route 377, Chesterhill,
for .08 breath OVI and speeding, both misdemeanors. Church
was arrested near milepost two on State Route 550 by Deputy
Sheriff Morris and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 24 May 06 at 11:25 pm.
