On 23 May 06 Deputy Sheriff Rhodes responded to a domestic violence call at 100 Black Square, Marietta. The victim, Angela D. Hernandez, age 25, 2424 Valley Road Apt. 4, Parkersburg, informed Deputy Rhodes an argument began with her estranged husband Mario H. Vazquez, age 26, and continued as they traveled to his home. Once there, Mr. Vazquez backhanded his wife across the face, scratched her neck and left bruises by grabbing her arms. As a result, Deputy Rhodes arrested Mr. Vazquez for domestic violence and transported him to the Washington County Jail.

On 23 May 06 Deputy Sheriff Rhodes requested summonses for Robert F. Charlton, age 47, 1681 Sealy Ridge Road, Vincent, and his daughter Cynthia D. Charlton, age 29, 312 41st Street, Vienna, for disorderly conduct by fighting. The summons alleges the two engaged in a minor scuffle after arguing over disciplining Ms. Charlton’s children on 16 Apr 06.

On 23 May 06 the manager of White Oak Pharmacy, 8465 State Route 339, Barlow, reported while reviewing a security video he noticed a male subject remove a condom from a box of three then hide the box behind other items. Deputy Sheriff Stackpole identified the suspect as a thirteen year old Vincent resident using the license plate number of the vehicle in which he was traveling. When confronted the juvenile confessed and was issued a summons to appear in Juvenile Court for being delinquent.

Dustin Riley, age 20, 610 State Route 821, Marietta, for failing to appear for a Debtor’s Exam on 7 Apr 06.

Tabitha Snodgrass, age 25, 311 Maple Street, Marietta, for failing to appear for a Debtor’s Exam on 7 Apr 06.

Paula D. Sprigg, age 38, 207 Vanbergen Avenue, Marietta, for failing to appear for a Debtor’s Exam on 7 Apr 06.

Pamela S. Young, age 36, 3915 Pleasant Ridge Road, Marietta, for failing to appear for a Debtor’s Exam on 7 Apr 06.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Marshall Ray Boyles, age 23, 2211 23rd Street, Parkersburg, for failure to appear and driving under a suspended license, both misdemeanors. Boyles was arrested in Little Hocking by Sgt. Gherke of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 May 06 at 1:12 am.

Mario Hernandez Vazquez, age 26, 100 Black Square, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Vazquez was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 May 06 at 5:35 am.

Rhonda Deann Clark, age 29, 184 Dawes Circle, Marietta, for theft, a felony. Clark was arrested at her residence by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 May 06 at 8:30 pm.
