On 14 May 06 Marissa Kiggans, age 20, 103
Muskingum Terrace Apt. D, Marietta, reported being assaulted
by her sister Tara L. Martin, age 19, while visiting her residence
at 75 Martin Drive, Fleming. The culmination of a disagreement
over Ms. Martin’s allegations of Ms. Kiggans stealing
money, Ms. Kiggans stated her sister threw her into the side
of the house and caused a bump to swell on the back of her
head. Though she was not home during the incident, the mother
of the siblings stated Ms. Martin admitted shoving her sister
into the side of the house but did not further elaborate. As
a result, Ms. Martin was arrested for domestic violence and
transported to the Washington County Jail.
On 14 May 06 Sgt. Gherke issued a citation
to Patrick T. Nobbe, age 21, 7653 Oxgate Court, Hudson, OH,
for traveling 77 mph in a 55 mph zone. Sgt. Gherke stopped
Mr. Nobbe on State Route 7 at Ayers Boulevard in Belpre Township.
On 14 May 06 James H. Ridgeway, age 41, 1870
Rinard Mills Road, New Matamoras, reported being assaulted
by his brother. Mr. Ridgeway’s brother left the scene
prior to the arrival of Deputy Sheriff Morris and was unable
to give a statement. Therefore, this case remains under investigation.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Chad Robert Parsons, age 26, 530 ½ Fourth Street, Marietta,
for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Parsons
was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta by Probation Officer
Ketelsen and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14
May 06 at 12:44 am.
Kelly Joe Bollinger, age 40, 38 Suzanne Street, Little Hocking,
for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Bollinger was arrested
at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 14 May 06 at 1:07 am.
Kevin Matthew Hess, age 18, 288 Ridgewood Court Apt. E, Marietta,
for failure to appear, operating with an expired license and
driving left of center, all misdemeanors. Hess was arrested
at his residence by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 14 May 06 at 8:10 am.
Lionel Justin Gore, age 19, 130 Cemetery Drive, New Matamoras,
for failure to appear and for three counts of violating the
terms of his probation, all misdemeanors. Gore was arrested
at his residence by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s
Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14
May 06 at 10:00 am.
Francis Adison Tabler, age 35, 685 Tullis Road, Cutler, for
domestic violence, a felony. Adison turned himself in to Deputy
Sheriff Norman and was processed into the Washington County
Jail on 14 May 06 at 4:20 pm.
Christina Gayle Baker, 280 Indian Run Road, Marietta, for
violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Baker
was arrested at Sierra Apartments by Deputy Sheriff Evans and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 May 06 at 7:12
pm.
Robert O’Dell Beverly, age 46, 9030 Beverly Court, Detroit,
MI, for operating without a license, a misdemeanor. Beverly
was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 May 06
at 10:45 pm.
Tara Leanne Martin, age 19, 75 Martin Drive, Fleming, for
domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Martin was arrested at Par
Mar in Barlow by Deputy Sheriff Evans and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 14 May 06 at 10:45 pm.
