On 12 May 06 Deputy Sheriff Norman responded to a domestic violence call at 685 Tullis Road, Cutler. Through interviewing the victim, Angela K. In response Mr. Tabler arose from the chair, threw a cup of hot coffee in Ms. Lemon’s face and tackled her onto the living room couch.
