On 12 May 06 Deputy Sheriff Norman responded to a domestic violence call at 685 Tullis Road, Cutler. Through interviewing the victim, Angela K. Lemon, age 37, and witnesses at the scene, Deputy Norman learned the dispute began when Ms. Lemon asked her live-in boyfriend Francis Tabler, age 35, not to sit in a recliner because he was wearing muddy clothes. In response Mr. Tabler arose from the chair, threw a cup of hot coffee in Ms. Lemon’s face and tackled her onto the living room couch. Once a child in the home phoned for law enforcement Mr. Tabler freed Ms. Lemon from his clutches and fled the scene. Due to the fact that Mr. Tabler has a previous conviction for domestic violence, Deputy Norman requested a warrant for felony domestic violence for Mr. Tabler.

On 12 May 06 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued a citation to Shawn N. Bonar, age 30, 460 Barrett-South Road, Vincent, for pulling a trailer without a license plate and without brake lights. Deputy Mankins stopped Mr. Bonar on Blue Knob Road at Gravel Bank Road in Warren Township.

On 12 May 06 Russell Stewart, age 79, 200 Walnut Street, Whipple, reported when he began writing a check that morning he noticed two consecutive check numbers missing from his checkbook. Further investigating, Mr. Stewart learned the checks were forged for a total of $90. This case remains under investigation (945).

On 12 May 06 Lt. Wilson issued a citation to Adam P. Baldy, 408 South Walnut Street, Bucyrus, OH, for traveling 73 mph in a 55 mph zone. Lt. Wilson stopped Mr. Baldy on State Route 7 at Blue Knob Road in Warren Township.

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrant:

Patricia Bonar, age 29, 134 Whipkey Drive, Waterford, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on an order to show cause on 24 Apr 06.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Justin Michael Hill, age 19, 110 Indian Run Road, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Hill was arrested on Third Street in Marietta by Patrolman Wenzel of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 May 06 at 6:42 am.

Matthew James Cornell, age 22, 124 Dean Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of his parole, a felony. Cornell was arrested at the Courthouse by Probation Officer Gilchrist and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 May 05 at 11:30 am.

Derrik Ryan McGee, age 22, Caldwell, for trafficking in drugs, a felony. McGee was picked up at the Noble Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 May 06 at 12:15 pm.

David Lee Lori, age 42, 10 Browns Road Apt 3D, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Lori was arrested at his residence by Probation Officer Ferrell and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 May 06 at 6:43 pm.

Monica Lea Moening, age 22, 423 Nebraska Place, Barberton, OH, for violating the terms of her probation and improper parking, both misdemeanors. Moening was picked up at the Summit County Jail by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 May 06 at 7:20 pm.

Dennis Matthew Stacy, age 37, 875 Mount Tom Road, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Stacy was arrested at his residence by Probation Officer Ketelsen and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 May 06 at 8:00 pm.

Nicholas Clifford Sandy, age 28, 282 Scott Road, Eighty Four, PA, for possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and not wearing a seat belt, all misdemeanors. Sandy was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 May 06 at 8:40 pm.

Douglas Edward Smith, age 34, 130 Eudlid Place, Marietta, for theft, a felony. Smith was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Hanson of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 May 06 at 10:10 pm.

Vickie Marie Thompson, age 23, 300 Starlite Drive Lot 42, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Thompson was arrested at the Best Value Inn by Probation Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 May 06 at 10:45 pm.

James Allen Cooper, age 20, 136 Dawes Circle, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Cooper was arrested at the Locker Room by Probation Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 May 06 at 11:15 pm.

Donna Marie Torbert, age 33, 610 Lang Farm Road, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Torbert was arrested at the Locker Room by Probation Officer Ferrell and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 May 06 at 11:15 pm.

Christopher A. Streight, age 19, 432 Douglas Avenue, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Streight was arrested at the Four Seasons by Probation Officer Ferrell and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 May 06 at 11:30 pm.

Dusti Ann Tucker, age 24, 504 Fifth Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Tucker was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta by Probation Officer Ferrell and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 May 06 at 11:54 pm.
