On 8 May 06 Deputy Sheriff Morris investigated
a report of an abandoned vehicle along Mount Tom Pines Road
at the intersection of Mount Tom Road. Through a computer check
of the registration Deputy Morris determined the 2006 Nissan
Sentra was reported stolen to the Belpre Police Department.
The Belpre PD arranged for the vehicle to be towed for further
investigation.
On 8 May 06 Robert V. Nichols, age 57, 300
Third Street, Lowell, reported between 9 and 10 that morning
he heard the sound of glass breaking and ran outside to see
what was amiss. To his astonishment he observed an unidentified
fleet footed fat female fleeing from the shattered rear window
of his 1992 Plymouth Sundance. This case remains under investigation
(695).
On 8 May 06 a forty-one year old Lower Salem
resident reported a family member phoned her and her husband
more than twenty-five times and ignores pleas to cease her
actions. This case remains under investigation (695).
the Sheriff’s
Office received the following warrants:
Wesley F. Warrener, age 39, 849 Greene Street,
Marietta, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered
hearing on an order to show cause on 17 Apr 06.
Rhonda D. Clark, age 29, 184 Dawes Circle, Marietta, for failing
to appear for pretrial on 25 Apr 06.
The following
individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Jason Edward Voshel, age 25, 30445 State Route
7, Marietta, for two counts of theft and misuse of a credit
card, all felonies. Voshel was arrested at his residence by
Deputy Sheriff Coppernoll and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 8 May 06 at 3:59 pm.
Jassandra Collet Johnston, age 25, 810 Mount Tom Road, Marietta,
for driving under an FRA suspended license, not wearing a seat
belt and failure to control, all misdemeanors. Johnston was
arrested at her residence by Patrolman Sury of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 8 May 06 at 6:50 pm.
Shane Michael Hardie, age 30, 761 Buckeye Avenue, Marietta,
for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Hardie
was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Sury of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 8 May 06 at 7:10 pm.
Daniel Ray Hickman, age 21, 312 Scott Avenue, Belpre, for
violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Hickman
was arrested at his residence by Probation Officer Ferrell
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 May 06 at
9:35 pm.
