On 28 Apr 06 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued a citation to Vickie L. Hudson, age 39, 109 Wedgewood Drive, Ravenswood, WV, for traveling 72 mph in a 55 mph zone. Deputy Mankins stopped Ms. Hudson on Sparling Road near Clark Hill Road in Waterford Township.

On 28 Apr 06 Lt. Wilson issued a citation to Roger L. Wilcoxen, age 57, 141 Lawn Lane, Belpre, for failure to register. Lt. Wilson stopped Mr. Wilcoxen on State Route 7 at Gravel Bank Road in Warren Township.

On 28 Apr 06 Lt. Wilson issued a citation to Walter J. Haggy II, age 37, 33359 Johnson Road, Pomeroy, for not having brake lights on his trailer. Lt. Wilson stopped Mr. Haggy on State Route 7 at Gravel Bank Road in Warren Township.

On 28 Apr 06 a fifteen year old Marietta resident reported his Yamaha 200cc Blaster ATV was stolen from his carport between 8 pm the previous evening and 3 that afternoon. This case remains under investigation (1082).

On 28 Apr 06 Lt. Wilson issued a citation to Donald E. Bartimus, age 53, 2346 Sealy Ridge Road, Vincent, for not having brake lights on his trailer. Lt. Wilson stopped Mr. Bartimus on State Route 7 at Gravel Bank Road in Warren Township.

On 28 Apr 06 Deputy Sheriff Evans issued a citation to Milton A. Proper, age 40, 571 Cunningham Road, Pennsboro, WV, for operating a vehicle pulling a trailer without brake lights. Deputy Evans stopped Mr. Proper on State Route 7 at Gravel Bank Road in Warren Township.

Matthew Berga, age 27, 425 Dodd Run Road, Marietta, for an act of domestic violence committed on 15 Apr 06.

Cynthia K. Dailey, age 30, 1125 Greene Street, Marietta, for failing to appear for pretrial on 25 Apr 06.

Donna Thompson, age 33, 361 Spencer Road, Belpre, for failing to confine or restrain her dog on 13 Oct 05.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Gary Anthony Kuhel, age 41, 544 Bever Street, Wooster, for a felony charge of failure to appear and a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct by intoxication. Kuhel was arrested on Front Street in Marietta by Patrolman Titus of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Apr 06 at 2:38 am.

Timothy Daniel Parkin, age 20, 102 Ernest Street, Spencer, WV, for possession of drugs, a felony. Parkin was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Apr 06 at 3:47 am.

Dennis Michael Kelley Jr., age 20, 102 Ernest Street, Spencer, WV, for possession of drugs, a felony. Kelley was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Apr 06 at 4:08 am.

Christina Rose Hines, age 35, 711 Ninth Street, Marietta, for felonious assault and a misdemeanor charge of domestic violence. Hines was arrested at Marietta Memorial Hospital by Deputy Sheriff Morris and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Apr 06 at 5:54 am.

Amber Lynn Lowers, age 25, 607 Cross Street, Belpre, for violating the terms of her probation, a felony. Lowers was arrested at the Courthouse by Probation Officer Gault and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Apr 06 at 2:10 pm.

Kevin Charles Nolan, age 37, 205 Armstrong Avenue, Williamstown, for operating without a license, breach of recognizance and possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors. Nolan was arrested on Sixth Street in Marietta by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Apr 06 at 6:37 pm.
