On 25 Apr 06 Lt. Wilson issued a citation to Robert B. Haley, 300 Millburn Avenue Apt. C40, Pomeroy, for driving under a suspended license. Lt. Wilson stopped Mr. Haley on State Route 7 at Gravel Bank Road in Warren Township.

On 25 Apr 06 Deputy Sheriff Malone requested a summons for Steven Burnfield, age 49, 338 Barrett South Road, Vincent, for disorderly conduct by fighting. The summons alleges that on 2 Apr 06 Mr. Burnfield grabbed an individual, began shaking and yelling at him for keeping him awake by riding an ATV near his property.

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrant:

Joyce A. Hurley, age 39, 515 Grant Street, Bellaire, OH, for being absent without leave from a group home setting.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Jack David Ansel Jr., age 47, 810 19th Street, Parkersburg, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Ansel was arrested on Pride Avenue in Belpre by Patrolman Davis of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Apr 06 at 6:01 pm.

Michael Paul Brown, age 23, Nelsonville, for failure to appear, a felony. Brown was picked up at the Southeast Regional Jail in Nelsonville by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Apr 06 at 6:16 pm.
