On 24 Apr 06 Natalie Weckbacher, age 22, 2393
Wells Road, Waterford, received a phone call at work from her
roommate exclaiming the door to their home was ajar, the interior
ransacked and in disarray. Conferring with another roommate,
Ms. Weckbacher reported over $600 in cash and change was stolen
from various locations in the house. This case remains under
investigation (597).
the Sheriff’s
Office received the following warrants:
Sharon Lewis, age 48, 310 Morris Loop Road,
Marietta, for failing to appear for a Debtor’s Exam on
9 Dec 05.
Samuel D. Simerl, age 23, 221 West Washington Street Apt.
A, Athens, for violating the terms of his probation after being
convicted for receiving stolen property.
Eric Wise, age 35, PO Box 92, Newport, for failing to appear
for a Debtor’s Exam on 9 Dec 05.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Amy Lynn Treadway, age 33, 515 ½ Warren
Street, Marietta, for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Treadway
was arrested at Speedway on Second Street by Sgt. Hiatt of
the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 24 Apr 06 at 11:10 am.
Barbara Renee Tuttle, age 35, 9 Walnut Street, Little Hocking,
for contempt, a misdemeanor. Tuttle was arrested on State Route
7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 24 Apr 06 at 6:10 pm.
Jerry Lee Hess, age 32, 925 Wiley Street, Belpre, for violating
the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Hess turned himself
in to Corrections Officer Carr and was processed into the Washington
County Jail on 24 Apr 06 at 6:21 pm.
James Arthur Galentine, age 42, 205 ½ Montgomery Street,
Marietta, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Galentine was
picked up at the Ashtabula Jail by Deputy Sheriff Underwood
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Apr 06
at 7:46 pm.
Michael Dion Cross Sr., age 36, 1757 Wakefield Drive, Akron,
for a felony and a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear.
Cross was picked up in Belmont County by Deputy Sheriff Doak
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Apr 06
at 8:07 pm.
