On 23 Apr 06 Craig Ullman, age 45, 2437 Congress
Road, Belpre, reported while he and his family were on vacation,
acquaintances of his son, who was house sitting for the family,
allegedly stole over $400 from various locations in the home.
This case remains under investigation (1090).
On 23 Apr 06 Kelly Martin, age 42, 1182 Hocking
Road, Little Hocking, reported her 1997 Ford Taurus, with its
key in the vehicle, was stolen from 16905 State Route 339,
Waterford, between 11:30 Saturday night and 8 Sunday morning.
This case remains under investigation (1090).
On 23 Apr 06 Deputy Sheriff Evans issued a
citation to Sue E. Bellville, age 50, 190 Ridgewood Court Apt.
D, Marietta, driving under an FRA suspended license. Deputy
Mankins stopped Ms. Bellville on Mitchell’s Lane near
Wright’s Road in Marietta Township.
On 23 Apr 06 Julie Schneider, age 35, 208
Walnut Drive, Marietta, reported being assaulted by her live-in
boyfriend Troy P. Lowe, age 37. Ms. Schneider stated when she
defended her young son from Mr. Lowe’s taunting that
morning he became angry, started screaming and threw a laundry
basket at her. Dodging a water bottle thrown by Mr. Lowe at
a short distance, Ms. Schneider retaliated by throwing scissors
and striking Mr. Lowe in the arm. The fracas continued throughout
the home as Mr. Lowe slammed doors, screamed and nearly head
butted Ms. Schneider. Due to Ms. Schneider’s assertions
that she is constantly afraid of Mr. Lowe and is concerned
for her safety Deputy Sheriff Evans arrested Mr. Lowe for domestic
violence and transported him to the Washington County Jail.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Cory Mitchell Bush, age 20, 523 Westminster Avenue, Greensburg,
PA, for theft and underage consumption of alcohol, both misdemeanors.
Bush was arrested on Butler Street by Officer Moon of the Marietta
College Police Department and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 23 Apr 06 at 3:10 am.
Troy Preston Lowe, age 37, 208 Walnut Drive, Marietta, for
domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Lowe was arrested at his
residence by Deputy Sheriff Evans and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 23 Apr 06 at 1:00 pm.
