On 21 Apr 06 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued
a citation to Michelle J. Athey, age 39, 5623 Waterloo Road,
Atwater, OH, for traveling 50 mph in a 35 mph zone. Deputy
Mankins stopped Ms. Athey on Sandhill Road near Reno School
in Marietta Township.
On 21 Apr 06 Lisa Fornash, age 24, 115 Dudley
Avenue, Marietta, reported while she was at work on 18 Apr,
her live-in boyfriend and father of her child, Daniel L. Lott,
age 19, 200 Greenhill Road, Marietta, took their son to his
father’s residence. Mr. Lott repeatedly rebuffed Ms.
Fornash’s pleas to return the child over the next three
days and informed her he would not give their son back until
he spoke with an attorney. Deputy Sheriff Evans retrieved the
child from Mr. Lott and requested a summons for him for interference
with custody.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Christina Gayle Baker, age 24, 280 Indian Run Road, Marietta,
for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Baker
was arrested at Marietta Memorial Hospital by Deputy Sheriff
Morris and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21
Apr 06 at 2:34 am.
Dale Aric Landaker, age 42, 818 Virginia Street, Beverly,
for OVI, not wearing a seat belt and not using headlights,
all misdemeanors. Landaker was arrested on Ferry Street in
Beverly by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 21 Apr 06 at 3:12 am.
Randy Messer Jr., age 34, 219 Virginia Street, Marietta, for
felony charges of breach of recognizance, breaking and entering
and theft and misdemeanor charges of theft and criminal trespassing.
Messer was arrested at his residence by Detective Hawkins of
the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 21 Apr 06 at 9:10 pm.
Samuel Edward Dotson, age 35, 830 Main Street, Belpre, for
endangering children, a misdemeanor. Dotson was arrested at
his residence by Patrolman Clevenger of the Belpre City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
21 Apr 06 at 1:25 pm.
Jesse James Bell, age 25, 4310 Welch Road, Little Hocking,
for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Bell was
picked up at SEPTA by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 21 Apr 06 at 1:54 pm.
Angelo Miguel Santos, age 35, Lima, OH, for pandering obscenity
involving a minor, conspiracy in the illegal use of a minor
in nudity and attempted illegal use of a minor in nudity, all
felonies. Santos was picked up at the Allen Correctional Facility
by Deputy Sheriff Doak and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 21 Apr 06 at 2:26 pm.
Lonnie E. Perdew III, age 50, 2809 ½ 28th Street, Parkersburg,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Perdew was arrested in Belpre by Patrolman
Davis of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 21 Apr 06 at 7:30 pm.
Adam Joseph Trus, age 28, 2409 Hanvey Avenue, Belpre, for
failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines,
a misdemeanor. Trus was arrested on Washington Boulevard in
Belpre by Patrolman Davis of the Belpre City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Apr 06
at 7:30 pm.
