On 18 Apr 06 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued a citation to George J. Addlesburger, age 41, 1307 Dode Avenue, New Matamoras, for failing to display his registration. Deputy Mankins stopped Mr. Addlesburger at the intersection of Front and Putnam Streets in Marietta.

On 18 Apr 06 Richard L. Bragg II, age 30, 6020 Sandhill Road, Marietta, reported during the evening an unknown suspect(s) entered two of his vehicle and stole twenty miscellaneous CD’s, a cellular phone and a credit card. This case remains under investigation (1184).

On 18 Apr 06 an employee of BP, 102 Fifth Street, Beverly, reported an individual she recognized as Amber L. Wesley, age 19, 2393 Wells Road, Waterford, drove off without paying for five dollars worth of gasoline. When questioned by Deputy Sheriff Simmons, Ms. Wesley admitted she did not pay for the fuel before leaving the business. Consequently, Deputy Simmons requested a summons for Ms. Wesley for theft.

On 18 Apr 06 Christopher G. Pearson, age 38, 30 Church Street, Vincent, reported a check for $3,250 made out to Crew Stadium from the Belpre Soccer Club was stolen from his unlocked vehicle during the previous night. This case remains under investigation (232).

On 18 Apr 06 Lt. Wilson and Deputy Sheriff Norman responded to the scene of a domestic dispute at the residence of Marie Graham, age 61, and her live-in boyfriend David A. Reed, age 40, at 1175 Joe Skinner Road, Belpre. Ms. Graham believes the dispute began because she turned off her cell phone, resulting in Mr. Reed thinking she was hiding something from him. Mr. Reed proceeded to choke Ms. Graham, lifting her off the ground. The two went to sleep thereafter and Ms. Graham sneaked out of the house via a doggie door. Due to a previous conviction for the same offense in Licking County, Mr. Reed was arrested for felony domestic violence and transported to the Washington County Jail.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Freddie Wayne Ellison, age 36, 2255 Sheets Run Drive, New Matamoras, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Ellison was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Eddy and processed into the Washington County Jail on 18 Apr 06 at 2:20 am.

David Alan Reed, age 40, 2918 Brookside Drive, Zanesville, for domestic violence, a felony. Reed was arrested on Joe Skinner Road in Belpre by Lt. Wilson of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 18 Apr 06 at 8:40 am.

Jonas Wyatt Miller, age 23, 76 Hazelwood Road, Marietta, for assault, breach of recognizance, theft and safecracking, all felonies. Miller was picked up at the Noble Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 18 Apr 06 at 2:54 pm.

Kenneth Shane Reyes, age 22, Stiers Road, Waterford, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Reyes was picked up at the Adult Probation Office by Corrections Officer Farrell and processed into the Washington County Jail on 18 Apr 06 at 4:16 pm.
