On 14 Apr 06 Kendal Leister, age 19, 1480 Caywood Road, Marietta, reported stolen, her white gold ring since she took it off a week ago and placed on the counter by her stove. This case remains under investigation (296).

On 14 Apr 06 an employee of Offenberger Disposal, 756 Elk Run Road, Beverly, reported a flatbed trailer belonging to the business was stolen sometime early that morning. This case remains under investigation (107).

On 14 Apr 06 Basil Boggs, age 77, 145 Boggs Road, Stockport, reported when he was atop a hill overlooking his property he noticed a quantity of broken glass and mirrors reflecting sunlight along Sheets Run Road. This case remains under investigation (305).

On 14 Apr 06 Deputy Sheriff Rhodes issued a citation to Justin D. Deems, age 25, 101 Second Street, Vincent, for driving under a suspended license. Deputy Rhodes stopped Mr. Deems at the intersection of Seventh and Butler Streets in Marietta.

On 14 Apr 06 Major Winstanley issued a citation to Melissa C. Vandale, age 24, 190 Hills Bridge Road, Marietta, for driving under a suspended license. Major Winstanley stopped Ms. Vandale at the intersection of County Nine and Hills Bridge Roads in Newport Township.

The following individual wAS processed into the Washington County Jail:

Louis Roe Cavillis, age 35, 307 Eighth Street, Belpre, for a felony charge of having a weapon while under disability and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Cavillis was arrested on Highland Ridge Road by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Apr 06 at 6:00 pm.
