On 31 Mar 06 Tracie E. Newlan, age 31, 1214 Williamson Avenue Lot 44A, New Matamoras, reported $200 she and her husband stowed in a sock in their bedroom dresser was stolen while she visited her sister’s home for five hours that evening. Deputy Sheriff Spencer forwarded details of this case to the New Matamoras Police Department for further investigation.

On 31 Mar 06 Susan L. Ramirez, age 40, 2309 Belmont Road, Parkersburg, reported paying a Belpre business $775 in October last year to repair her 1994 Isuzu Rodeo. Since that time, Ms. Ramirez stated the business owner has become evasive in answering her questions and believes he stole her vehicle. This case remains under investigation (1097).

On 31 Mar 06 Lt. Wilson and Deputy Sheriff Stackpole investigated a possible domestic dispute at the residence of Edward Stegner, age 45, 752 Luke Chute Road, Waterford. Mr. Stegner stated when he arrived home he and his wife engaged in a dispute over guests visiting the home. During the melee that ensued, Mr. Stegner’s finger somehow became lodged in his wife’s nose and he was slapped across the face. Determining neither party suffered injuries and both were equally at fault charges were not filed.

On 31 Mar 06 Linda K. Lockhart, age 55, 1045 Sandhill Road, Marietta, reported she believes her purse was stolen after she inadvertently left it at the Country Corner Store in Bartlett. This case remains under investigation (200).

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Kenneth S. Reyes, age 22, 716 Franklin Street, Belpre, for violating the terms of his probation.

Vaughn W. Morgan, age 39, 396 Dodge Avenue, Williamstown, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on an order to show cause on 17 Mar 06.

Rexianna D. Seevers, age 31, 3155 State Route 26, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation by failing to show proof of completing forty hours of community service and failing to appear for a scheduled appointment.

Eva R. Grywalsky, age 41, 880 Alloway Road, Little Hocking, for violating the terms of her probation by failing to appear for a scheduled appointment.

Penny M. Grubb, age 25, 16907 Sharpsburg Road, Sharpsburg, for violating the terms of her probation by failing to show proof making restitution, failing to pay fines, failing to show proof of completing twenty-four hours of community service and failing to appear for a scheduled appointment.

Michael A. Miller, age 22, 613 Eighth Street Apt. 4, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to pay fines and costs in full by 9 Dec 05 as ordered by the court.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Christopher Lee Goss, age 21, 300 Alderman Street Apt. 7, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation and resisting arrest, both misdemeanors. Goss was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta by Patrolman Blasko of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 31 Mar 06 at 12:55 am.

Allan Dale Allman, age 47, 2670 Glendale Road, Marietta, for .08 breath OVI, a misdemeanor. Allman was arrested on Glendale Road by Deputy Sheriff Evans and processed into the Washington County Jail on 31 Mar 06 at 1:25 am.

Patricia Ann Jones, age 29, 134 Whipkey Drive, Waterford, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Jones was arrested at her residence by Lt. Huffer of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 31 Mar 06 at 8:30 pm.
