The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Tracy Leanne McCoy, age 38, 803 Fifth Street Apt. B, Marietta, for felony charges of receiving stolen property and forgery and a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines. McCoy was arrested at a residence on Lancaster Street in Marietta by Sgt. Gherke of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Mar 06 at 2:19 pm.

Patrick Brian Nichols, age 42, 1209 Ridgewood Court Apt. D, Marietta, for three misdemeanor counts of failure to appear. Nichols was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Jenkins and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Mar 06 at 3:57 pm.

Thomas Richard Spencer, age 53, 64 Putnam Place, Marietta, for OVI, a misdemeanor. Spencer was arrested on Putnam Street in Marietta by Patrolman Hively of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Mar 06 at 5:10 pm.

John Conway Russell, age 34, 1310 Cisler Drive, Marietta, for driving under a suspended license and speeding, both misdemeanors. Russell was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28 Mar 06 at 8:17 pm.
