On 24 Mar 06 Roxie M. Mayle, age 44, 10965 State Route 555, Cutler, reported she believes “crackheads” entered her home through a broken garage door and stole $600 from her nightstand. This case remains under investigation (200).

On 24 Mar 06 a twenty-nine year old Belpre resident reported after her daughter talked to her father, he allegedly phoned her home in a harassing manner in excess of ten times despite being asked not to do so. This case remains under investigation (1203).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Mikal Leroy Sparks, age 27, Marietta, for menacing and reckless operation, both misdemeanors. Sparks was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta by Patrolman Blasko of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Mar 06 at 1:55 am.

Amber Nicole Touvell, age 22, 509 Orchard Avenue Apt. B, Cambridge, for failure to appear, a felony. Touvell was arrested on State Route 83 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Mar 06 at 5:50 am.

Timothy J. Fought, age 40, 2601 Lincoln Avenue, Parkersburg, for nonsupport of dependants, a felony. Fought turned himself in at the Courthouse to Lt. Seevers of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Mar 06 at 1:30 pm.

Angel Marie Thomas, age 23, 1300 Brimfield Drive Apt. B2, Kent, OH, for driving under a suspended license, as misdemeanor. Thomas was arrested near the Washington County line by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Mar 06 at 1:50 pm.
