were processed into the Washington County Jail:
William Leon Comuzie, age 42, 715 Greene Street Apt. B, Marietta,
for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Comuzie
was arrested on Second Street in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 22 Mar 06 at 12:05 am.
Ralph Glen Phillips, age 43, 88 Heavenly Lane, Sommersville,
WV, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor.
Phillips was arrested on Second Street in Marietta by Patrolman
Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 22 Mar 06 at 12:05 am.
Rodney Allen Crites, age 25, 55 Dugan Road, Belpre, for three
misdemeanor counts of failure to appear. Crites was arrested
on Dugan Road by Lt. Wilson of the Washington County Sheriff’s
Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22
Mar 06 at 3:20 am.
Constance Ann Barnett, age 36, 3919 Tommy Bond Road, Coolville,
for OVI, driving under an FRA suspended license and for driving
left of center, all misdemeanors. Barnett arrested on Main
Street in Belpre by Patrolman Williams of the Belpre City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
22 Mar 06 at 4:25 am.
James Louis Antill Jr., age 22, 205 ½ Montgomery
Street, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Antill
was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Douglas of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 22 Mar 06 at 9:42 am.
Joseph A. Carpenter II, age 24, 163 State Route 821, Macksburg,
for thirteen counts of using deception to obtain a dangerous
drug, two counts of illegally processing drug documents and
passing bad checks, all felonies. Carpenter turned himself
in to Corrections Officer Carr and was processed into the Washington
County Jail on 22 Mar 06 at 10:37 am.
Terry Wayne Gilley Jr., age 20, 217 ½ East First Street,
Princeton, WV, for theft, a felony. Gilley was picked up at
the Southern Regional Jail in West Virginia by Deputy Sheriff
Doak and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Mar
06 at 1:05 pm.
Chad Kyle Kammerlohr, age 32, 533 Third Street, Marietta,
for aggravated burglary, a felony. Kammerlohr was picked up
at the Ross Correctional Facility by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Mar 06
at 2:05 pm.
