James Kenneth Bernard, age 53, 1161 School House Road, Little Hocking, for OVI, speeding and operating outside license restrictions, all misdemeanors. Bernard was arrested on US 50 near Farson Street by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Mar 06 at 1:47 am.

William Leon Comuzie, age 42, 715 Greene Street, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Comuzie was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta by Patrolman Blasko of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Mar 06 at 2:15 am.

Amber Dawn Lyons, age 25, 128 Franklin Street, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Lyons was arrested on Front Street in Marietta by Patrolman Wenzel of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Mar 06 at 3:00 am.

Brandon Marshall Williams, age 25, 128 Franklin Street, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Williams was arrested on Front Street in Marietta by Patrolman Kampmeier of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Mar 06 at 3:35 am.
