On 17 Mar 06 Clyde R. Huddleston Jr., age
36, 226 South Seventh Street, Marietta, reported when he arrived
at his property at 1815 Taylor Road, Newport, to hunt coyotes
he observed two females exiting the house. The two females
gave chase toward the tree line but returned toward the house,
entered a green sport utility vehicle and left the scene. Mr.
Huddleston stated nothing appeared missing but he did observe
a pile of his belongings near shards of glass that had been
broken out of a plane of glass in the front door. This case
remains under investigation (695).
On 17 Mar 06 Joanne O’Brien, age 45,
111 Robson Road, Marietta, reported an individual against whom
she has a protection order followed her as she traveled from
State Route 60 onto Chamberlain Drive then to Robson Road.
Later that morning the suspect, Alisha J. Kilmer, age 35, 241
Muskingum Drive, Marietta, drove past Ms. O’Brien’s
residence, blaring her car horn in the process. Though Ms.
Kilmer denied honking her horn, eyewitnesses confirmed Ms.
O’Brien’s assertion. As a result, Deputy Sheriff
Simmons arrested Ms. Kilmer for violating the terms of a protection
order and transported her to the Washington County Jail.
On 17 Mar 06 Deputy Sheriff Stackpole conducted
a traffic stop on Interstate 77 after learning the license
plates on a Chevy two door vehicle he was following belonged
to a Chevy truck. The driver of the vehicle, Larry D. Pinkerman,
age 23, 800 Blue Run Township Road, Lucasville, OH, stated
he was in the process of moving and switched the license plates
so he could drive the vehicle to Cambridge. Also learning Mr.
Pinkerman’s driving privileges were suspended, Deputy
Stackpole arrested Mr. Pinkerman and transported him to the
Washington County Jail.
On 17 Mar 06 Elizabeth Milliron, age 44, 11540
State Route 339, Vincent, reported while her family was out
of the home that day an unknown suspect(s) forcibly entered
her home, broke into a gun cabinet and stole six guns with
a total value of $1,375. This case remains under investigation
(107).

Dana B. Curry, age 33, 311 ½ Maple
Street, Marietta, for contempt for failing to appear at a court
hearing on 10 Mar 06.
Donald A. Mizell, age 37, 1287 Bantam Ridge, Wintersville,
OH, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing
on unpaid fines in the sum of $123.50.
Nathan C. Strickler, age 18, 88 High Street, Vincent, for
violating the terms of his probation by failing to appear for
a scheduled appointment on 7 Mar 06.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Donald Ray Pressley, age 37, 363 Echo Valley Road, Waterford,
for driving under a suspended license, possession of drugs
and possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors. Pressley
was arrested on US 50 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Mar 06 at 12:25
am.
William Zolton Watson, age 55, 833 Second Street Apt. 3, Marietta,
for .17 breath OVI and for operating without a license, both
misdemeanors. Watson was arrested on Greene Street in Marietta
by Patrolman Kampmeier of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Mar 06
at 4:15 am.
Donald Eugene Bartimus Jr., age 25, 2342 Sealy
Ridge Road, Little Hocking, for violating the terms of his
probation, a felony. Bartimus was arrested at the office of
Probation Officer Gault and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 17 Mar 06 at 11:00 am.
Angela Rene West, age 21, 174 Dawes Circle, Marietta, for
domestic violence, a misdemeanor. West turned herself in to
Patrolman Hanson at the Marietta City Police Department and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Mar 06 at 11:15
am.
Ronald Jackson Clatterbuck, age 43, 406 Front Street, New
Matamoras, for nonsupport of dependants, a felony. Clatterbuck
turned himself in to Lt. Seevers at the Courthouse and was
processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Mar 06 at 11:20
am.
Alisha Jasmine Kilmer, age 35, 241 Muskingum Drive, Marietta,
for violating the terms of a protection order, a felony. Kilmer
was arrested at the Probation Office by Deputy Sheriff Simmons
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Mar 06
at 12:30 pm.
Stephen Lee Parish, age 38, 25 Watertown Road, Watertown,
for driving under an FRA suspended license and speeding, both
misdemeanors. Parish was arrested on Interstate 77 by Deputy
Sheriff Parks and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 17 Mar 06 at 1:50 pm.
Larry D. Pinkerman, age 23, 800 Blue Run Township Road, Lucasville,
OH, for driving under a suspended license and for having fictitious
plates, both misdemeanors. Pinkerman was arrested on Interstate
77 by Deputy Sheriff Stackpole and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 17 Mar 06 at 2:00 pm.
Shawn Allen Mayle, age 23, 16907 Sharpsburg Road, Sharpsburg,
OH, for operating with an expired license, driving without
license plates, driving outside the parked lanes of travel,
theft and breach of recognizance, all misdemeanors. Mayle was
picked up at the Morgan County line by Lt. Coppernoll of the
Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 17 Mar 06 at 5:15 pm.
Jason Eugene Barnes, age 29, 108A Seventh Street, Marietta,
for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. Barnes was arrested
on Gross Street in Marietta by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 17 Mar 06 at 8:40 pm.
Anthony William Kennedy, age 23, Grandview Apartments Apt.
3A, New Matamoras, for felony charges of breach of recognizance
and contempt of a court order and misdemeanor charges of driving
under a suspended license and speeding. Kennedy was arrested
on State Route 7 by Chief Travaglio of the New Matamoras Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
17 Mar 06 at 9:02 pm.
Tracy Jo Barnes, age 26, 314A Gross Avenue, Marietta, for
failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines,
a misdemeanor. Barnes was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman
Arbaugh of the Marietta City Police Department and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 17 Mar 06 at 9:30 pm.
Brian Lee Miller, age 40, 105 Franklin Street, Marietta, for
violating the terms of a protection order, a felony. Miller
was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Arbaugh of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 18 Mar 06 at 1:17 am.
