On 16 Mar 06 Homer L. Wilson, age 72, 2707
Lenore Street, Parkersburg, reported some time during the past
two weeks an unknown suspect(s) forcibly entered his vacant
rental property at 510 Carson Lane, Little Hocking. While inside
the perpetrator(s) caused substantial damage, namely an eighteen
inch hole in the kitchen drywall, two holes the bedroom wall
and one in a bathroom wall. This case remains under investigation
(1020).
On 16 Mar 06 Irma Hanger, age 82, 11445 State
Route 339, Vincent, reported between 8 pm the previous evening
and 8 am that morning a Honda Rubicon ATV, the key of which
was in its ignition, was stolen from an open shed on her property.
This case remains under investigation (597).
the Sheriff’s
Office received the following warrantS:
Joseph A. Bailey, age 42, 347 ½ Pike
Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation
by failing to show proof of obtaining a valid operator’s
license to appear to serve fifteen days in jail.
Terry W. Gilley Jr., age 20, 911 Hickory Street,
Princeton, WV, for theft by deception perpetrated on an elderly
woman on 8 Mar 06.
The following
individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Michael Eugene Kirkbride, age 32, 523 Second Street Apt. 10,
Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor.
Kirkbride was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of
the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 16 Mar 06 at 2:45 am.
Chad Wayne Williams, age 24, 607 Phillips Street, Belpre,
for a felony charge of breaking and entering and misdemeanor
charges of possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Williams was arrested on Phillips Street by Lt. Wilson of the
Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 16 Mar 06 at 3:35 am.
Geoffrey Alan Davis, age 50, Caldwell, for
breach of recognizance, a felony. Davis was picked up at the
Noble Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff Willson and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Mar 06 at 10:15
am.
Ralph Francis Kemper Jr., age 35, 4550 State Route 555, Little
Hocking, for OVI, driving outside the marked lanes of travel,
driving under a suspended license and for not wearing a seat
belt, all misdemeanors. Kemper was arrested near milepost fourteen
on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 16 Mar 06 at 8:25 pm.
James Albert Browning, age 52, 4415 Washington Avenue SW,
Charleston, WV, a fugitive from justice. Browning was arrested
at Marietta Memorial Hospital by Detective Wright of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 16 Mar 06 at 9:15 pm.
