On 14 Mar 06 Barry N. Allen, age 30, 26780
State Route 7, Marietta, reported at some point over the weekend
a black homemade go cart, capable of traveling 50 mph, was
stolen from his auction business. This case remains under investigation
(200).
On 14 Mar 06 Deputy Sheriff Malone investigated
a domestic violence complaint lodged by Jessica Burner, age
20, 7170 State Route 60, Lowell. Ms. Burner stated an incident
with her live-in boyfriend of one year, Ronnie Goad, age 31,
began at 1 am that morning and resumed when she returned home
from work around 9 am. Threatening to “end it all” if
she separated the family, Mr. Goad grabbed two knives and held
them to his girlfriend’s neck. The argument continued
in the kitchen of their residence where Mr. Burner threw a
high chair at Ms. Burner, striking her in the forehead. Because
Ms. Burner was in fear for her safety and that of her child,
Deputy Malone arrested Mr. Goad for domestic violence and transported
him to the Washington County Jail.

Office received the following warrants:
Craig E. Moultry, age 30, 19 East Carpenter
Street Apt. 210, Athens, for failure to appear for arraignment
on 17 Feb 06.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Santos H. Pagoado Caceres, age 25, 130 Demobes Road, Columbus,
for driving under an FRA suspended license, a misdemeanor.
Caceres was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway
Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14
Mar 06 at 6:10 am.
Johnny Lee Emerick, age 42, 728 ½ Fifth Street, Marietta,
for driving under a suspended license, a misdemeanor. Emerick
was arrested at Selby Hospital by Patrolman Hansen of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 14 Mar 06 at 8:36 am.
Ronnie Daniel Goad, age 31, 7170 State Route
60, Lowell, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Goad was
arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Malone and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 14 Mar 06 at 12:47 pm.
Samantha Claudette Lemon, age 24, 5109 State Route 555, Little
Hocking, for two misdemeanor counts of violating the terms
of her probation. Lemon turned herself in to Corrections Officer
Carr and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 14
Mar 06 at 1:00 pm.
James David Carpenter, age 35, 307 Fairview Lane, Marietta,
for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Carpenter was arrested
at his residence by Patrolman Heddleston of the Marietta City
Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 14 Mar 06 at 3:25 pm.
Randall Wayne Delancey, age 42, 5700 Buchanan Road, Waterford,
for driving under a suspended license, a misdemeanor. Delancey
was arrested on State Route 60 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 14 Mar 06
at 5:50 pm.
Dustin Todd Potter, age 22, 1206 Colonial Drive, Marietta,
for driving under a suspended license and for not wearing a
seat belt, both misdemeanors. Potter was arrested on State
Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 14 Mar 06 at 6:44 pm.
Jeremiah Levi Pauley, age 24, 1250 Finkle Hill Road, Beverly,
for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Pauley was arrested at
his residence by Deputy Sheriff Parks and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 14 Mar 06 at 11:17 pm.
