The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Mark Aaron McIntyre, age 24, 223 Broughton Avenue, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. McIntyre was arrested on Pike Street by Patrolman Titus of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Mar 06 at 1:00 am.

Travis Matthew Howell, age 31, 33199 State Route 260, Rinard Mills, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Howell was arrested on City Hall Lane by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Mar 06 at 3:50 am.

Anthony Ray Nichols, age 24, 9255 State Route 377, Chesterhill, for a felony charge of theft and a misdemeanor charge of contempt of a court order. Nichols was picked up at the Morgan County line by Lt. Canavan of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Mar 06 at 11:00 am.

Derrik Ryan McGee, age 22, 294 Richards Road, McConnelsville, for breach of recognizance, theft and safecracking, all felonies. McGee was picked up at the Noble Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff Willson and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Mar 06 at 12:50 pm.

Joshua Denton Cole, age 18, 1316 Lancaster Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Cole was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Mar 06 at 4:41 pm.

Gregory Harold Foster, age 21, 58516 Buffalo Mine Road, Senacaville, for driving under an FRA suspended license and for speeding, both misdemeanors. Foster was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Mar 06 at 5:00 pm.
