On 7 Mar 06 Mike Hasley, age 49, 3085 State
Route 26, Marietta, reported being informed by his nephew that
six aluminum rails intended for use in the bed of his truck,
were stolen by two males from the side of his garage. This
case remains under investigation (945).
On 7 Mar 06 Patricia Griffith, age 54, 782
Happy Valley Road, Parkersburg, reported her father, who has
Alzheimer’s, was missing from his home along with his
1996 Plymouth Breeze. Donald A. Moody, age 81, 316 Drag Strip
Road, Belpre, was later located in his vehicle by the Fairfield
County Sheriff’s Office and held for safekeeping pending
the arrival of his family.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Chad Anthony Burdette, age 23, 131 Clark Street,
Marietta, for two misdemeanor counts of failure to appear.
Burdette was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Wenzel
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 7 Mar 06 at 12:35 am.
Connie Sue Barton, age 29, 150 Camelot Road
Lot 11, Belpre, for violating the terms of her probation, a
misdemeanor. Barton was arrested at the office of Probation
Officer Farrell and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 7 Mar 06 at 2:37 pm.
John Thomas Higgins, age 20, 1559 Hilda Street, Lakemore,
OH, for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Higgins
was arrested on State Route 7 by Patrolman Sury of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 7 Mar 06 at 6:55 pm.
Gregory Duane Higgins, age 30, 1513 Staunton Avenue, Parkersburg,
for OVI, reckless operation and possession of drugs, all misdemeanors.
Higgins was arrested on State Route 7 by Patrolman Nedeff of
the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 7 Mar 06 at 8:03 pm.
Brian Patrick Hardie, age 20, 637 Phillips Street, Marietta,
for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Hardie
was arrested at the Four Seasons by Patrolman McCracken of
the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 7 Mar 06 at 11:49 pm.
