On 23 Feb 06 a member of the Fearing Volunteer
Fire Department, 1975 Stanleyville Road, Whipple, reported
an unknown suspect used a BP credit card belonging to the organization
was used to make a number of unauthorized purchases. This case
remains under investigation (500).
On 23 Feb 06 Deputy Sheriff Evans issued a
citation to Donald E. Stevens Jr., age 22, 329 South Eighth
Street, Cambridge, for driving under a suspended license. Deputy
Evans stopped Mr. Stevens at milepost fifteen on Interstate
77 in Aurelius Township.
the Sheriff’s
Office received the following warrants:
Jason R. Luke, age 23, 144 Dawes Circle, Marietta,
for failure to appear upon indictment pending for breach of
recognizance.
Jason W. McKinley, age 23, 347 ½ Center Avenue, Weston,
WV, for failure to appear upon indictment pending for thefts,
uttering and forgery.
Anthony Kennedy, age 23, 2641 Maxine NE, Canton, for failure
to appear upon indictment pending for grand theft.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Brent Patrick Pottmeyer, age 27, 616 Second
Street, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, criminal
damaging and aggravated trespassing, all misdemeanors. Pottmeyer
was arrested on Ferguson Street in Marietta by Patrolman Titus
of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 23 Feb 06 at 3:30 am.
Sherman Ray Vaughn, age 22, 1329 124th Street,
Cleveland, for possession of drugs, a felony. Vaughn was arrested
on Interstate 77 by Deputy Sheriff Stackpole and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 23 Feb 06 at 1:45 pm.
Michael Ray Hall Jr., age 23, 6626 Van Buren Road, Clinton,
OH, for possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia,
both misdemeanors. Hall was arrested on Interstate 77 by Deputy
Sheriff Evans and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 23 Feb 06 at 3:20 pm.
Mark Bryan Hall, age 20, 6626 Van Buren Road, Clinton, OH,
for driving under a suspended license, a misdemeanor. Hall
was arrested on Interstate 77 by Deputy Sheriff Evans and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 23 Feb 06 at 3:30 pm.
Matthew Ryan Hall, age 20, 6626 Van Buren Road, Clinton, OH,
for possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Hall was
arrested on Interstate 77 by Deputy Sheriff Evans and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 23 Feb 06 at 3:30 pm.
