The following individual wAS processed into the Washington County Jail:

Benjamin David Caplinger, age 35, 310 Main Street, Lowell, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Caplinger was arrested at his residence by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Feb 06 at 7:30 pm.
