On 17 Feb 06 Deputy Sheriff Malone issued a citation to Joshua D. Fortney, age 31, 87 High Street, Vincent, for driving under a suspended license. Deputy Malone stopped Mr. Fortney at 525 Warrior Drive in Barlow Township.

On 17 Feb 16 Mary Baker, age 56, 98 Emory Lane, Little Hocking, reported the rear license plate, number CTN 2222, was stolen from her vehicle while it was parked at Allman Auto in Vincent for repairs. This case remains under investigation (586).

On 17 Feb 06 Melinda D. Smith, age 32, 2950 State Route 821, Marietta, reported an unknown suspect in Seattle, WA used her credit card information to amass $102.22 in charges by purchasing phone minutes via the internet. This case remains under investigation (1020).

On 17 Feb 06 Keith Snider, age 30, 110 Split Rock Drive, Marietta, reported finding several bags of trash on his property at the end of Simpson Street in Marietta. After being identified as a suspect using articles of mail in the trash bags, Brian R. Morgan Jr., age 23, 319 Simpson Street, Marietta, admitted to Deputy Sheriff Stackpole he disposed of his trash at the property in question. Therefore Deputy Stackpole requested a summons for Mr. Morgan for littering.

On 17 Feb 06 Josh Smith, age 23, 275 Windy Ridge Road, Vincent, reported at some point since 7 pm the previous evening an unknown suspect forcibly entered his business at 4635 State Route 339, stole a Playstation 2 and damaged a microwave. This case remains under investigation (586).

On 17 Feb 06 Lt. Wilson issued a citation to John D. Wise, age 57, 1260 Calder Ridge Road, Belpre, for traveling 65 mph in a 50 mph zone. Lt. Wilson stopped Mr. Wise on US 50 near Braun Road in Blennerhassett Township.

Donald E. Banks, age 47, 1424 Barth Road, Belpre, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $680.55.

Ronald L. Beach, age 49, 18 Butler Lane, Vinton, OH, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $286.

Katie E. Brunton, age 24, 44 South Hempstead Road, Westerville, OH, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $353.60.

Eldon L. Church, age 19, 400 Mechanic Street, Macksburg, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $396.50.

Robert B. Cook, age 42, 2810 Beech Drive, Belpre, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $115.70.

Louis N. Ford, age 42, 519 Craft Street, Pittsburgh, PA, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $273.

Elmer D. Harvey, age 28, 1009 17 ½ Street, Parkersburg, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $854.10.

Bradley Henthorne, age 21, 161 Turner Road, Belpre, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $175.50.

Randy E. Johnson, age 26, 678 Walsh Road, Vincent, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $269.10.

Mark A. Norman, age 19, 290 Oakwood Drive, McConnelsville, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $500.50.

Amanda J. Weidner, age 27, 14606 State Route 676, Waterford, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $149.50.

Rashawna Zachery, age 19, 2201 Sagamore Road, Columbus, for contempt for failing to appear for jury trial on 9 Feb 06 on a felony charge of possession of drugs.

Cynthia K. Dailey, age 31, 1125 Greene Street, Marietta, for contempt for failing to appear for jury trial on 9 Feb 06 on a felony charge of forgery.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Thomas O’Neal Combs, age 55, 1000 Dutch Ridge Place Apt. 4, Parkersburg, for .17 breath OVI and driving left of center, both misdemeanors. Combs was arrested on Third Street by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Feb 06 at 3:30 am.

Brent Michael Radabaugh, age 28, 111 Colonial Drive Apt. B, Belpre, for felony charges of violating the terms of his probation, burglary, theft, forgery and domestic violence and misdemeanor charges of theft, breach of recognizance and for violating the terms of a protection order. Radabaugh was picked up at the North Central Regional Jail by Deputy Sheriff Doak and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Feb 06 at 2:55 pm.
