On 8 Feb 06 Dave Archer, age 61, 2021 Hanna Road, Marietta, reported around 25 Jan 06 a single axel trailer and dolly were stolen from his business at the same address. This case remains under investigation (792).

On 8 Feb 06 Sgt. Hiatt investigated a report of a suspicious individual in the vicinity of Caywood Road in Marietta. Notified of the direction of travel and vehicle description of the suspect, Sgt. Hiatt conducted a traffic stop on the suspect vehicle on State Route 26. Sgt. Hiatt identified Patrick E. Miller, age 42, 144 Franklin Street, Marietta, as the driver and learned his license was suspended due to an OVI conviction. Found in possession of a marijuana pipe, Mr. Miller was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under a suspended license and transported to the Washington County Jail.

The following individual wAS processed into the Washington County Jail:

Patrick Eugene Miller, age 42, 144 Franklin Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, possession of drug paraphernalia and for driving under an OVI suspended license, all misdemeanors. Miller was arrested in Marietta by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 8 Feb 06 at 4:24 pm.
