On 26 Jan 06 an employee of Byer’s Exxon, 26960 State Route 7, Marietta, reported when she began replenishing the currency in the store’s ATM she noticed approximately $400 was missing inside the machine. This case remains under investigation (1091).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Hubert Charles Hill, age 23, 2580 Indianola Avenue, Columbus, for driving under an FRA suspended license, a misdemeanor. Hill was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Jan 06 at 3:00 am.

Ben Joshua Johnson, age 22, 119 Hart Street Apt. 10, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Johnson was arrested at Selby Hospital by Patrolman McCracken of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Jan 06 at 5:35 am.

Sherry Lynn Goodwin, age 28, 1100 Kanawha Boulevard West, Charleston, for failure to reinstate her operator’s license, a misdemeanor. Goodwin was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Jan 06 at 11:17 am.

Marc Lewis Jaeger, age 38, 518 Smith Street, Marietta, for OVI, a felony. Jaeger was picked up at the Noble Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Jan 06 at 11:38 am.

Robert Edsel Wilfong, age 28, 330 Dobbins Road, Coolville, for reckless operation, a misdemeanor. Wilfong was arrested on State Route 7 by Deputy Sheriff Willson and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Jan 06 at 3:45 pm.

Melissa Jo Flesher, age 31, 836 Pike Street, Marietta, for forgery and theft, both misdemeanors. Flesher was arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Jan 06 at 10:34 pm.
