On 25 Jan 06 Deputy Sheriff Coppernoll requested
a summons for Stacy L. Schimke, age 18, 302 Walnut Street,
Belpre, for criminal mischief. Ms. Schimke admitted that on
23 Jan 06 she defaced her former boyfriend’s truck with
ketchup and mayonnaise in retaliation for problems in their
relationship.
On 25 Jan 06 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued
a citation to Christopher R. Mingus, age 25, Rural Route 2
Box 154A, Moundsville, WV, for traveling 56 mph in a 40 mph
zone. Deputy Mankins stopped Mr. Mingus on State Route 7 near
the St Marys Bridge in Newport Township.
On 25 Jan 06 Sgt. Underwood issued a citation
to Krystal D. Harris, age 29, 1200 Muskingum River Road, Marietta,
for failure to register. Sgt. Underwood stopped Ms. Harris
near the intersection of Gilman Street and Westview Avenue
in the city of Marietta.
