On 24 Jan 06 Sgt. Underwood issued a citation to Mary C. Olmstead, 705 Barclay Street Apt. 13, Belpre, for failure to register. Sgt. Underwood stopped Ms. Olmstead near the intersection of Bramblewood Heights Road and State Route 7 in Warren Township.

On 24 Jan 06 William Treadway, age 46, 1395 Moss Run Road, Newport, reported finding eight bags of trash along Moss Run Road during the last three days. Among the trash was a bill bearing the address 511 Ferguson Street, Marietta, the residence of Jill A. Schultheisz, age 43. When interviewed by Sgt. Hiatt, Ms. Schultheisz admitted disposing of the trash along the road with the assistance of her friend Lacosta Greathouse, age 28, 123 Cullen Road, Marietta. As a result, Sgt. Hiatt requested summonses for Ms. Schultheisz and Ms. Greathouse for littering.

On 24 Jan 06 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued a citation to Yvonne K. Stone, age 28, 13228 State Route 555, Cutler, for traveling 74 mph in a 55 mph zone. Deputy Mankins stopped Ms. Stone near Reese Road on State Route 550 in Barlow Township.

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Anthony Martin, age 19, 700 Greenhill Road, Marietta, for failing to appear to serve a jail sentence on 6 Jan 06.

Bruce W. Martin, age 40, 34961 Hutton Road, Rutland, OH, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $364.00.

Dale L. McBride, age 46, 15801 State Route 691, Nelsonville, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $627.90.

Michael Cross, age 36, 1422 Hartford Avenue, Akron, for failure to appear, having been indicted on six counts of forgery.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Robert Gregory Collins, age 23, 2517 Grand Avenue, Parkersburg, for .08 breath OVI, driving under an FRA suspended license, for failure to obey the right of way and for not wearing a seat belt, all misdemeanors. Collins was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Jan 06 at 12:55 am.

Elisha Celeste Kelly, age 21, 401 Hill Street, Summersville, WV, for violating the terms of her probation, beach of recognizance and for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, all misdemeanors. Kelly was arrested on Lambert Street in Belpre by Patrolman Garvey of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Jan 06 at 12:30 pm.

Deborah Lynn Thompson, age 41, State Route 7, Marietta, for two misdemeanor counts of violating the terms of her probation. Thompson was arrested in Marietta by Sgt. Gherke of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 24 Jan 06 at 10:24 pm.
