On 16 Jan 06 Steven E. Mays, age 55, 905 Hillcrest
Street, Parkersburg, reported while checking an oil well compressor
of Hickman Road in Waterford, he noticed a pile of burnt trash
and a pickup truck bed liner dumped on the property his company
leases. This case remains under investigation (695).
On 16 Jan 06 a newspaper delivery person reported
when he arrived at the Par Mar at Moore’s Junction at
3:10 that morning he noticed the front door’s glass was
shattered. Further inventorying the business, the manager informed
the investigating Deputies the only missing property was twenty-six
cartons of cigarettes. This case remains under investigation
(592, 1090).
The following individual
wAS processed into the Washington County Jail:
Johnny Lee Emerick, age 42, 728 ½ Fifth Street, Marietta,
for contempt of a court order, a misdemeanor. Emerick was arrested
at his residence by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s
Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16
Jan 06 at 1:50 pm.
