On 15 Jan 06 Constance L. Parker, age 38,
31 Alan Parker Circle, Spring Lane, NC, reported while she
was pumping gas into her 2005 Ford Mustang at Turner’s
One Stop in Waterford, a vehicle leaving the business struck
the front right fender of her vehicle then fled the scene.
This incident remains under investigation (200).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
James Marshall Blair, age 48, County Road 78, Lower Salem,
for .17 breath OVI and for failure to reinstate his operator’s
license, both misdemeanors. Blair was arrested on State Route
821 by Deputy Sheriff Evans and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 15 Jan 06 at 1:30 am.
Justina Ann Hedden, age 36, 26115 State Route 7, Marietta,
for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Hedden
was arrested on Front Street by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 15 Jan 06 at 3:15 am.
