On 10 Jan 06 Detective Jenkins issued a citation to Stacy V. Warfield, age 34, 20 Maple Lane, for driving under a suspended license. Detective Jenkins stopped Ms. Warfield on State Route 550 between mileposts fifteen and sixteen in Warren Township.

On 10 Jan 06 Deputy Sheriff Mankins requested a summons for Lou Ann Baker, age 38, 150 Camelot Road Lot 6, Belpre, for resisting arrest. Deputy Mankins arrived at Ms. Baker’s residence to arrest her on a criminal warrant and obliged her request to let her enter her room to change clothes. Hearing strange noises from behind the closed door, Deputy Mankins knocked with no response. He opened the door to find the room vacant and window open. Ms. Baker was arrested on the warrant shortly thereafter while attempting to flee in a vehicle driven by a neighbor.

On 10 Jan 06 Deputy Sheriff Rhodes issued a citation to Travis E. Sparks, age 23, 648 Phillips Street, Marietta, for his third offense of driving under a suspended license. Deputy Rhodes stopped Mr. Sparks on US 50 at Farson Street in Belpre Township.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Teresa Gale Wise, age 44, 114 ½ Putnam Street, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Wise was arrested on Front Street in Marietta by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Jan 06 at 1:00 am.

Shun Wendell Franklin, age 37, 208 Wooster Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Franklin was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Jan 06 at 11:05 am.

Charles K. Schmidt, age 26, 10015 State Route 260, New Matamoras, for a felony charge of illegally processing a drug document and for a misdemeanor charge of impersonating a peace officer. Schmidt was arrested at Kmart by Detective Nohe of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Jan 06 at 1:00 pm.

Gena Diane Stalford, age 41, 121 Muskingum Drive Apt. 41, Marietta, for driving under an FRA suspended license, a misdemeanor. Stalford was arrested on Putnam Street in Marietta by Patrolman Linscott of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Jan 06 at 1:15 pm.

Travis Eugene Sparks, age 23, 648 Phillips Street, Marietta, for being a repeat traffic offender, a misdemeanor. Sparks was arrested on Farson Street in Belpre by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Jan 06 at 1:25 pm.
