On 1 Jan 06, while investigating another complaint at Sierra Apartments, Deputy Sheriff Eddy encountered a subject who fled when he attempted to speak to him. Paul C. Wright, age 18, 550 Archers Fork Road, New Matamoras, was apprehended shortly thereafter and confessed to Deputy Eddy that he ran because he had been consuming alcohol and was underage. As a result, Deputy Eddy arrested Mr. Wright for underage consumption of alcohol and transported him to the Washington County Jail.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Jerry Richard Riggs Jr., age 35, 1455 Branch Road, Lowell, for OVI, failure to control and for not wearing a seat belt, all misdemeanors. Riggs was arrested at his residence by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Jan 069 at 1:29 am.

Krista Lee Ebner, age 19, Route 1 Box 323, Adrian, PA, for OVI, speeding, possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, falsification and for driving under an OVI suspended license, all misdemeanors. Ebner was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Jan 06 at 9:40 am.

Paul Charles Wright, age 18, 550 Archers Fork Road, New Matamoras, for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Wright was arrested at Sierra Apartments by Deputy Sheriff Eddy and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Jan 06 at 8:09 pm.

Zachariah Leroy Mugrage, age 19, 101 Theis Avenue Lot 19, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Mugrage was arrested at Kroger by Probation Officer Ketelsen and processed into the Washington County Jail on 1 Jan 06 at 11:40 pm.
