On 26 Dec 05 Harvest Sparling, age 26, 1623
Waterford Road, Waterford, reported her jewelry box containing
miscellaneous earrings and rings was stolen since she last
noticed its presence in her bathroom on 16 Dec 05. This case
remains under investigation (586).
On 26 Dec 05 Deputy Sheriff Stackpole issued
a citation to a sixteen year old Belpre resident for traveling
82 mph in a 55 mph zone. Deputy Stackpole stopped the juvenile
on State Route 7 near County Road 3 in Warren Township.
On 26 Dec 05 the mother of a fourteen year
old Watertown youth reported during the past two months her
son has become physically aggressive and increasingly resistant
to her authority. She also stated that on Christmas Eve they
engaged in an argument during which he punched her in the back,
exacerbating the pain caused by her numerous back surgeries.
Determining the mother was in fear for her safety Deputy Sheriff
Coppernoll arrested the juvenile and transported him to the
Washington County Juvenile Detention Center.
On 26 Dec 05 Danielle M. Delancey, age 27,
Pennock Trailer Court Lot 29, Beverly, reported receiving a
phone call from an acquaintance on Christmas Eve that he wrecked
her car. Ms. Delancey contracted the acquaintance in October
to repair the car’s head gasket and was expressly forbidden
to drive the vehicle because he did not have a valid license.
This case remains under investigation (1097).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Jeremy Michael Allen, age 25, 973 Summerfield
Lane, Winchester, VA, for two felony counts of assaulting a
peace officer. Allen was arrested on Front Street in Marietta
by Patrolman Blasko of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 Dec 05
at 2:30 am.
Raymond Eugene Howard Jr., age 32, 209 Westview, Havlock,
NC, for contempt of a court order and for driving under a suspended
license, both misdemeanors. Howard was arrested in Marietta
by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 26 Dec 05 at 4:38 pm.
Gary Allen Hagar, age 62, Marietta, for breach of recognizance,
OVI, operating without a license, failure to register and for
not stopping at a red light, all misdemeanors. Hagar was arrested
in Belpre by Deputy Sheriff Malone and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 26 Dec 05 at 5:12 pm.
