On 23 Dec 05 Mary A. Jones, age 58, 1121 County House Lane, Marietta, reported at some point since the evening of 19 Dec 05, her .22 caliber Intratec pistol was stolen from her residence. This case remains under investigation (1184).

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Cassandra L. Arbaugh, age 23, Boaz Gardens Apt. 42, Williamstown, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $240.50.

Joshua T. Bailey, age 20, Box 83 Watson Lane, Belpre, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $625.30.

Jeremy Boothby, age 22, 335 Brackenridge Road, Vincent, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $685.75.

Gregory A. Cook, age 42, 465 Buckeye Ridge Road, Cincinnati, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $728.00.

Travis L. Cunningham, age 21, 9550 State Route 550, Vincent, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $142.35.

Jared B. Davis, age 23, 668 State Route 555, Little Hocking, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $605.80.

David W. Gates, age 41, 27927 Huckleberry Road, Coolville, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $102.70.

Jennifer L. Grimes, age 32, State Route 7 Aldeco Motel Room 3, New Matamoras, for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $1,875.90.

Jeff Moore, age 21, 510 Carson Lane, Little Hocking, for the unauthorized use of a vehicle on 27 Jul 05.

Justin S. Taylor, age 19, 510 Carson Lane, Little Hocking, for the unauthorized use of a vehicle on 27 Jul 05.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Steven William Sheets, age 42, 4137 Dry Run Road, Chillicothe, for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Westfall was arrested in Athens by BCI Agent Fitch and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Dec 05 at 12:15 am.

Margie Dawn Brown, age 44, 4137 Dry Run Road, Chillicothe, for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Westfall was arrested in Athens by BCI Agent Fitch and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Dec 05 at 12:15 am.

Michael David Blind, age 27, 1247 Sealy Ridge Road, Vincent, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Blind was arrested in Bartlett by Deputy Sheriff Stackpole and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Dec 05 at 12:55 am.

Tara Michelle Rose, age 19, 107 Sylvan Way, Marietta, for .02 underage breath OVI and for underage consumption of alcohol, both misdemeanors. Rose was arrested on State Route 550 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Dec 05 at 3:20 am.

David Leonard Carr III, age 20, 109 Sylvan Way, Marietta, for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Carr was arrested on State Route 550 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Dec 05 at 3:20 am.

Scott Richard Reedy II, age 22, 4544 Tschopp Road, Lancaster, OH, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Reedy was picked up at the Fairfield County Jail by Deputy Sheriff Willson and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Dec 05 at 1:10 pm.

Tim Tod Perry, age 41, 4750 Gun Club Road, Athens, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Perry was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Dec 05 at 7:13 pm.

Adalberto Dabila Herrada, age 46, 2073 83rd Street, Cleveland, for OVI, failure to reinstate his operator’s license, for driving outside the marked lanes of travel and for having an open container of alcohol, all misdemeanors. Herrada was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Dec 05 at 9:47 pm.

Chad Jeremey Webb, age 28, 1780 State Route 83, Beverly, for hunting without permission and for wildlife violations, both misdemeanors. Webb was arrested on State Route 60 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Dec 05 at 11:21 pm.
