On 19 Dec 05 Michelle R. Caplinger, age 32, 310 Main Street, Lowell, reported sometime Saturday evening her gold wedding band and diamond solitaire rings were stolen from the jewelry box in her bedroom. This case remains under investigation (1020).

On 19 Dec 05 Deputy Sheriff Norman requested a summons for Christopher M. Scott, age 26, 458 Jones Road, Waterford, for the theft of a Uhaul trailer on 28 Oct 05.

On 19 Dec 05 an employee of Family Ford, 909 Pike Street, Marietta, reported over the past twenty-four hours the CD players out of four Ford Rangers were stolen. This case remains under investigation (500).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Bill Harold Rhodes, age 41, 820 Mill Branch Road, Belpre, for .17 breath OVI and for domestic violence, both misdemeanors. Rhodes was arrested on Mill Branch Road by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Dec 05 at 12:45 am.

Robert Matthew Parrish, age 29, 15708 State Route 78, Caldwell, for burglary, a felony. Parrish was picked up at the Noble Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff Willson and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Dec 05 at 4:10 pm.

Justin Michael Ball, age 18, Marietta, for criminal trespassing, a misdemeanor. Ball was arrested at Kroger in Belpre by Patrolman Jobes of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Dec 05 at 11:00 pm.
