On 17 Dec 05 Deputy Sheriff Simmons assisted the Pleasants County (WV) Sheriff’s Office in a hit-skip traffic crash investigation involving a vehicle belonging to Angela F. Unaware her vehicle was missing, Ms. Pierce stated she last saw her vehicle the previous evening before going to bed and that it must have been stolen sometime in the past five hours.
