The following individual wAS processed into the Washington County Jail:

Eddie Allen Merinar, age 33, 1576B Elizabeth Street, Belpre, for violating the terms of his parole, a felony. Merinar was arrested at the Courthouse by Probation Officer Linscott and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 Dec 05 at 1:50 pm.
