On 12 Dec 05 Michael S. Suprano, age 25, 475 Main Street, Waterford, reported during the overnight hours an unknown suspect(s) entered his Honda CRX and stole an amplifier, subwoofers and miscellaneous CD’s. This case remains under investigation (200).

On 12 Dec 05 a twenty-five year old Lowell resident reported receiving two harassing phone calls from relatives of an individual with whom her boyfriend is involved in a custody dispute. This case remains under investigation (695).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Joey Lee Hill, age 23, 17 Wheelbarrow Road, Marietta, for .17 breath OVI and for driving under an FRA suspended license, both misdemeanors. Hill was arrested on State Route 7 by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Dec 05 at 12:15 am.

Penny Marie Grubb, age 24, 16907 Sharpsburg Road, Sharpsburg, OH, for two misdemeanor counts of failure to appear. Grubb was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Deputy Sheriff Parks and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Dec 05 at 11:15 am.

John Aaron Givens, age 24, 100 Linwood Avenue Lot B, Marietta, for violating the terms of his parole, a felony. Givens was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Carson and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Dec 05 at 12:15 pm.

Jeremy Duane Cutshaw, age 33, 280 Muskingum Drive, Marietta, for being a fugitive from justice and for violating the terms of his probation, both felonies. Cutshaw was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Gilchrist and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Dec 05 at 4:50 pm.
