On 6 Dec 05 Deputy Sheriff Evans issued a
citation to Howard D. Hupp, age 49, 84 Sealy Ridge Road, Little
Hocking, for not using a turn signal . Deputy Evans stopped
Mr. Hupp at the intersection of McGill and Sealy Ridge Roads
in Dunham Township.
On 6 Dec 05 Lt. Wilson conducted a traffic
stop on a vehicle driven by Gary E. Wells, age 37, State Route
124, Little Hocking, when he noticed the BMW operating without
a front license plate. Through computer checks of the license
plate and of the status of Mr. Wells’ operator’s
license, Lt. Wilson determined the plates belonged to a 1977
trailer and that Mr. Wells had a suspended license. As a result,
Lt. Wilson arrested Mr. Wells for having a fictitious registration
and for driving under a suspended license and transported him
to Washington County Jail.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Seth Lee Jackson, age 22, 2011 10th Avenue,
Parkersburg, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing
on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Jackson was arrested in Belpre
by Patrolman Jobes of the Belpre City Police Department and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 6 Dec 05 at 1:54
am.
Joseph James Patterson, age 45, 207 Virginia
Street, Marietta, for driving under a suspended license, a
misdemeanor. Patterson was arrested at his residence by Patrolman
Heddleston of the Marietta City Police Department and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 6 Dec 05 at 11:00 am.
Mildred I. Dauchenbaugh, age 36, 240 Mansfield Street Apt.
F, Bucyrus, OH, for violating the terms of her probation, a
misdemeanor. Dauchenbaugh was picked up at the Crawford County
Jail by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 6 Dec 05 at 5:55 pm.
David M. Phillis, age 45, 2245 Clark Hill Road, Beverly, for
a felony charge of aggravated burglary and a misdemeanor charge
of violating the terms of a protection order. Phillis was arrested
at his residence by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s
Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on
6 Dec 05 at 6:35 pm.
Gary Edward Wells Sr., age 37, 24 State Route 124, Coolville,
for driving under a suspended license and for having fictitious
plates, both misdemeanors. Wells was arrested near the intersection
of State Route 124 and US 50 by Lt. Wilson of the Washington
County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 6 Dec 05 at 9:50 pm.
