On 5 Dec 05 a forty-five year old Marietta woman reported receiving two harassing phone calls between 3 and 4 am this morning. This case remains under investigation (296).

On 5 Dec 05 Deputy Sheriff Parks issued a citation to John A. McGee, age 53, 2035 Stanleyville Narrows Road, Whipple, for driving under an FRA suspended license. Deputy Parks stopped Mr. McGee on State Route 821 near Arends Ridge Road in Muskingum Township.

On 5 Dec 05 the owner of Jukebox Pizza, 620 Main Street, Waterford, reported when he arrived at the business that morning he noticed a number of storage areas in disarray. Upon further investigation, Deputy Sheriff Evans determined the perpetrator entered the building through an unlocked rear window and left the business without stealing anything. Deputy Evans also located seven pry marks at the rear door of the adjacent business, Deb’s Hair Salon, and was informed by the owner that an envelope containing approximately $200 was missing. This case remains under investigation.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Jessica Ann Malone, age 24, 304 Maple Street, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Malone was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Probation Officer Perry and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Dec 05 at 10:20 am.

Shanna Alexia Lennox, age 19, 513 Whites Road, Marietta, for possession of criminal tools, a felony. Lennox was arrested at her residence by Detective Tilton of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Dec 05 at 4:00 pm.
