On 3 Dec 05 Amy Jenkins, age 36, 128 Oak Hill
Road, Cutler, reported when she returned home from work at
7:30 that morning she noticed vomit on her driveway and upon
entering her home, observed traces of what she believed to
be marijuana on her dining room floor and the absence of a
bottle of wine in her refrigerator. Though her two teenage
children denied having anyone in the home without permission,
Ms. Jenkins also stated a Playstation 2, a Nintendo Gamecube
and fifteen dollars were missing from her home. This case remains
under investigation (586).

Kenneth Eugene Wriston, age 31, 314 Harmar Street, Marietta,
for assault, a misdemeanor. Wriston was arrested on Greene
Street in Marietta by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City
Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 3 Dec 05 at 12:28 am.
Paul Dean Valentine, age 53, 1975 Newells Run Road, Newport,
for .17 breath OVI, a misdemeanor. Valentine was arrested on
Sheets Run Road in Newport by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 3 Dec 05 at 12:53 am.
Gilbert Burke Ellerbe IV, age 18, 707 Thornewood Drive, Pittsburgh,
PA, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, menacing and for
underage consumption of alcohol, all misdemeanors. Ellerbe
was arrested on Butler Street by Officer Moon of the Marietta
College Police Department and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 3 Dec 05 at 2:47 am.
Jason Ian Dunn, age 20, 302 Bohl Drive, Marietta, for underage
consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Dunn was arrested on
Harmar Hill by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 3 Dec 05 at 3:30 am.
Jesse Ray Hilverding, age 19, 67 Anderson Road, Fleming, for
underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Hilverding
was arrested on Harmar Hill by the Ohio State Highway Patrol
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Dec 05 at
3:51 am.
Daniel Edward Hendrickson, age 19, 765 Gravel Bank Road, Marietta,
for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Hendrickson
was arrested on Harmar Hill by the Ohio State Highway Patrol
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Dec 05 at
4:18 am.
Jason Homer Malone, age 27, 6615 Cleveland Road Lot I11, Ravenna,
OH, for distribution of dangerous drugs and for mislabeling
drugs, both felonies. Malone was arrested on Greene Street
in Marietta by Patrolman Titus of the Marietta City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
3 Dec 05 at 5:05 am.
Tammy Lynn Whipkey, age 33, 85 Forshey Road Apt. 15, Marietta,
for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Whipkey was arrested
at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 3 Dec 05 at 5:18 am.
Pamela Yvette Ball, age 43, 836 Pike Street Apt. 23, Marietta,
for theft, a misdemeanor. Ball was arrested at her residence
by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Dec 05 at
9:47 am.
Angela Rae McElfresh, age 43, 319 Gilman Avenue Apt. 2, Marietta,
for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. McElfresh was arrested
at her residence by Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s
Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Dec
05 at 10:25 am.
Joseph Hai Bui, age 27, 1175 County House Lane, Marietta,
for contempt of a court order and for driving under a suspended
license, both misdemeanors. Bui arrested at his residence by
Sgt. Hiatt of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Dec 05 at
11:15 am.
Paul Ray Wilson Jr., age 28, 34 Kings Row Court, Parkersburg,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Wilson was arrested on State Route 7
by Deputy Sheriff Parks and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 3 Dec 05 at 1:10 pm.
Jay Michael Waggoner, age 21, 104 Gregg Street, Marietta,
for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Waggoner turned himself
in to Sgt. Hiatt at the Washington County Sheriff’s Office
and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Dec
05 at 1:30 pm.
