On 28 Nov 05 Deputy Sheriff Mankins conducted
a traffic stop on County House Lane after observing a vehicle
with an inoperable license plate light. While speaking with
the driver Deputy Mankins noticed an odor of alcohol and that
the three passengers appeared to be under twenty-one years
old. When the passengers, Christopher A. Blosser, age 19, 1145
Remely Road, Cutler, Ashley N. Kipe, age 18, 490 Jewel Road,
Parkersburg, and Steven W. Rush, age 19, 108 Sunset Drive,
Marietta, admitted consuming alcohol earlier in the evening
they were arrested for underage consumption and transported
to the Washington County Jail.
On 28 Nov 05 the owner of Auto Mart, 25901
State Route 7, Marietta, reported when he arrived at his business
that morning he discovered pry marks and a broken window at
the office’s entrance. This case remains under investigation
(1291).
On 28 Nov 05 James L. Stengal, age 40, 220
Tallman Street, North Lewisburg, OH, reported between 6:30
the previous evening and 6:45 that morning, two shotguns, a
shell belt, four boxes of ammunition and other hunting supplies
along with a digital camera were stolen from his vehicle parked
at 50 Cramer Road, Marietta. This case remains under investigation
(292).

April Mae Schaad, age 38, 1105 Sandridge Road,
Waterford, for .08 breath OVI, a misdemeanor. Schaad was arrested
in Waterford by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 28 Nov 05 at 12:05 am.
Christopher Adam Blosser, age 19, 1145 Remely Road, Cutler,
for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Blosser
was arrested in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 28 Nov 05 at 3:00 am.
Ashley Nicole Kipe, age 18, 490 Jewel Road, Parkersburg, for
underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Kipe was arrested
in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 28 Nov 05 at 3:00 am.
Steven Wayne Rush, age 19, 108 Sunset Drive, Marietta, for
underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Rush was arrested
in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff Mankins and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 28 Nov 05 at 3:00 am.
Steven Lee Felter, age 33, 101 Dudley Avenue,
Marietta, for felony charges of assault, having a weapon while
under disability and carrying a concealed weapon. Felter was
picked up at the Pickaway Correctional Institution by Deputy
Sheriff Willson and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 28 Nov 05 at 4:00 pm.
Scott Allen Phillips, age 21, 454 Harris Street, Columbus,
for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Phillips
was picked up at the Franklin County Jail by Deputy Sheriff
Willson and processed into the Washington County Jail on 28
Nov 05 at 4:00 pm.
Wayland Peter Henrichsen, age 63, 1847 Prairie Avenue, Park
Ridge, IL, for obstructing official business and for disorderly
conduct by intoxication, both misdemeanors. Henrichsen was
arrested in New Matamoras by Chief Travaglio of the New Matamoras
Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 28 Nov 05 at 9:20 pm.
