Brian G. Beaver, age 27, PO Box 345, Marietta,
for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing
on unpaid fines in the sum of $39.
Amber L. Best, age 25, Route 2 Box 173, Waterford,
for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing
on unpaid fines in the sum of $344.50.
Kenneth L. Burns, age 32, 7755 Veto Road, Belpre, for violating
the terms of his probation by failing to appear for a scheduled
appointment and for failing to show proof of completing a driver
intervention program as ordered by the court.
Jennifer L. Chapell, age 30, 316 41st Street, Vienna, for
contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on
unpaid fines in the sum of $127.40.
Steven S. Cline, age 37, 6879 State Route 550, Cutler, for
contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on
unpaid fines in the sum of $146.60.
Donald L. Doty, age 23, for contempt for failing to appear
at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $175.50.
Johnny L. Emerick, age 42, 122 Elmwood Avenue, Marietta, for
contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on
unpaid fines in the sum of $237.90.
Tamera L. Glover, age 37, 19041 State Route 26, Reno, for
contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing on
unpaid fines in the sum of $208.
Shaun A. Griffin, age 21, 314 Harmar Street, Marietta, for
driving under a suspended license on 14 Oct 05.
Steven E. Loy, age 28, Route 2 Box 218, New Martinsville,
WV, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to
appear for a scheduled appointment and for failing to show
proof of completing a driver intervention program as ordered
by the court.
Dale L. McBride, age 46, 15801 State Route 691, Nelsonville,
for failing to appear to serve ten days in jail on 4 Nov 05.
Charles F. West, age 44, 845 County House Lane, Marietta,
for contempt for failing to appear at a court ordered hearing
on unpaid fines in the sum of $104.
Kevin M. Wroe, age 32, 237 Lake Washington, Parkersburg, for
violating the terms of his probation by failing to appear for
a scheduled appointment and for failing to show proof of completing
a driver intervention program as ordered by the court.
Jodi L. Schofield, age 24, 1224 Drag Strip
Road, Belpre, for failure to appear to serve her jail sentence
on 14 Nov 05.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Brandon Oscar Chambers, age 23, 2806 Homewood
Drive, Lorain, OH, for a felony and a misdemeanor charge of
failure to appear. Chambers was picked up at the Orange County,
FL Jail by Lt. Ketelsen of the Washington County Sheriff’s
Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17
Nov 05 at 12:15 am.
Robert Earl O’Brien Jr., age 23, 343 Main Street, Lower
Salem, for violating the terms of his parole, a felony. O’Brien
was picked up at the Lake County, FL Jail by Lt. Ketelsen of
the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 17 Nov 05 at 12:15 am.
Beamond Lee Thompson, age 24, 712 Cisler Drive, Marietta,
for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Thompson
was arrested on Greene Street by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 17 Nov 05 at 1:25 am.
Joseph Benjamin Mayle, age 21, Caldwell, for
felonious assault. Mayle was picked up at the Noble Correctional
Institution by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 17 Nov 05 at 10:45 am.
Ronald Louis Morehouse, age 22, 2204 Ames Avenue, Belpre,
for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Morehouse
was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Perry and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 17 Nov 05 at 2:30 pm.
Christopher Shaw McMannis, age 36, PO Box 128, Dexter City,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. McMannis was picked up at the Noble County
Jail by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 17 Nov 05 at 4:30 pm.
