On 16 Nov 05 Lois A. Noe, age 89, 300 Strecker Lane, Marietta, reported some time during the past month several dishes and a number of collectible silver dollars were stolen from her home. This case remains under investigation (500).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Earl Paul Burris Jr., age 33, 718 McGill Road, Vincent, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Burris turned himself in to Sgt. Hiatt at the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Nov 05 at 2:00 pm.

Jeffrey Owen Robinson, age 43, Marietta, for aggravated assault, a felony. Robinson was arrested on Greene Street by Patrolman Ellenwood of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Nov 05 at 3:40 pm.

Daniel Ray Hess, age 39, 1808 Sealy Ridge Road, Vincent, for nonsupport of dependants, a misdemeanor. Hess was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Rhodes and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Nov 05 at 9:30 pm.
