On 13 Nov 05 Raleen M. Heiss, age 70, 2175
Christy Road, Marietta, reported being awakened and scared
by a soft drink bottle that exploded due to excess pressure
outside her front door. Ms. Hess declined to pursue the matter
further after identifying the responsible juvenile and handling
the situation with his parents.
On 13 Nov 05 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued
a citation to Nathan J. Camp, age 19, 25 Bliss Avenue, Little
Hocking, for having fictitious registration and for having
a registration that expired over six months ago. Deputy Mankins
stopped Mr. Camp on Brackenridge Road near State Route 339
in Barlow Township.
On 13 Nov 05 after stopping a vehicle for
speeding on State Route 7, the driver informed Deputy Sheriff
Parks she was rushing home because her two teenage sons were
intoxicated and fighting. Deputy Parks followed the driver
to her home in New Matamoras and spoke to the two visibly intoxicated
brothers. Sonny L. Addlesburger, age 18, stated he and his
seventeen year old brother were drinking alcohol they obtained
from a friend and began shoving each other when their cousins
intervened. Due to the inebriety of Mr. Addlesburger he was
arrested for underage consumption of alcohol and transported
to the Washington County Jail; his brother will be summonsed
to appear in Juvenile Court for being delinquent.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Patrick Daniel Lane, age 19, 518 Butler Street, Marietta,
for two counts of disorderly conduct by intoxication and for
underage consumption of alcohol, all misdemeanors. Lane was
arrested at Marietta College by Officer Radford of the Marietta
College Police Department and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 13 Nov 05 at 12:05 am.
Danny Ray McMannis, age 43, 5270 Johnson Ridge Road, Waterford,
for OVI and for failure to obey the right of way, both misdemeanors.
McMannis was arrested in Beverly by Patrolman Oliver of the
Beverly Police Department and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 13 Nov 05 at 2:20 am.
Jason Eugene Sciance, age 25, 41425 Township Road 289, Lewisville,
OH, for OVI, for driving under an OVI suspended license and
for failure to signal, all misdemeanors. Sciance was arrested
on State Route 550 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 13 Nov 05 at 3:40 am.
Sonny Lee Addlesburger, age 18, 606 Brownsville Road, New
Matamoras, for underage consumption of alcohol, a misdemeanor.
Addlesburger was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff
Parks and processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Nov
05 at 4:50 am.
Jason Patrick Baldwin, age 30, 8 Maple Shade Drive, Marietta,
for using a weapon while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Baldwin
was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Evans and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 13 Nov 05 at 10:11 am.
Joseph Paul Perry, age 42, 123 Colegate Drive, Marietta, for
violating the terms of a protection order, a misdemeanor. Perry
turned himself in to Patrolman Ellenwood at the Marietta City
Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 13 Nov 05 at 1:30 pm.
